Our Proven Process

We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact.

1. Initial Project Contact

Our journey begins with an intake process where we collect your contact information, project address, and specific goals for your home. We discuss your project type, whether it is a full house or a specific room, and review your anticipated budget and timeline to ensure we are the right fit for your needs. This stage helps us understand if you are already working with a designer or contractor so we can coordinate seamlessly with your team.

We begin with a dedicated strategy session for all decision-makers to explore your space's specific challenges and goals. During this call, we’ll align your vision with practical budget and material options while walking you through our end-to-end process—from initial 3D designs to the final hardware installation. Our priority is clarity over guesswork; we conclude by establishing concrete next steps for your design consultation

2. Professional Discovery Call

3. Design Consultation & Product Selection

In this phase, we meet to review product displays, including door styles, color samples, and cabinet construction details. We gather critical appliance specifications—such as your refrigerator, range, and sink dimensions—to ensure every cabinet is built to fit your technology perfectly. Together, we define the design intent for your space, selecting the specific aesthetics that will define your home.

A technical expert will visit your home for a comprehensive field measurement to create a perfect "room envelope". We document everything from total wall lengths and centerlines for plumbing to vertical clearances like floor-to-ceiling heights and soffits. We also take note of functional obstacles, such as door swings and vent locations, to ensure your new layout is as practical as it is beautiful.

4. Precision Field Measurements

Using the gathered measurements and specifications, we create detailed rendering drafts that bring your kitchen or bath to life in 3D. We review these rough drawings together, adding your chosen colors, countertops, and appliances to refine the visual look. Once the revisions are complete, you will sign off on the final design, samples, and warranty documents to move the project into production.

5. Renderings & Design Revisions

Once approvals are signed, we place the order for your semi-custom cabinetry and necessary hardware. Because these items are tailored to your home, a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure materials and initiate the manufacturing timeline. Throughout this phase, we provide progress updates so you stay informed while your cabinets are being built.

6. Order Placement & Progress Updates

As your cabinetry nears completion, we coordinate specific dates for delivery and installation to fit your schedule. We conduct a site visit the day before installation to confirm the area is staged and ready for our team. On-site, our installers use a comprehensive "install packet" containing your renderings and checklists to ensure every piece is placed accurately and finished to our high standards.

7. Delivery and Professional Installation

The process concludes with a thorough End of Job (EOJ) report to ensure every detail meets your satisfaction. We conduct a final walkthrough to identify any necessary touch-ups and capture photos and videos of the completed transformation. Our team ensures all hardware is installed and the site is left in pristine condition, marking the successful completion of your cabinetry project.
